Back in April 2025, we officially launched our Online Training Hub—a place designed to give every new team member a solid, stress-free start. Let’s be honest: starting a new job can feel a little like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without instructions. You think you’ve got it… and then you’re holding a piece upside down wondering why it won’t fit. That’s exactly why we created this hub.
Our goal? Clear, consistent training that sets everyone up for success from day one. No more guessing, no more “well, we think this is how it works”—just a structured, easy-to-follow path that ensures all our staff know exactly what they’re doing and can hit the ground running.
