The TrendSetters Program recognizes staff for a variety of achievements, including:
- Outstanding Collection Days – When an employee goes above and beyond to reach or surpass daily collection goals.
Exemplary Office or Peer Support – Those who step in to help colleagues, support the team, or contribute positively to the workplace culture.
Consistency in Performance Metrics – Employees who demonstrate commitment and reliability by achieving milestones like:
90 days with no lateness or absences
Six consecutive months of hitting or exceeding monthly goals
Being named a TrendSetter is more than just recognition—it’s a celebration of dedication, hard work, and impact. Each month, we’ll spotlight a team member whose performance and attitude inspire those around them. Their stories will be shared within the company, giving peers a chance to celebrate their success and learn from their achievements.
