Take on a leadership role as a Level 3 Collections Agent and become a vital contributor to our team in Tucker, GA. We're seeking seasoned professionals with a proven track record of success in collections. You'll handle more complex accounts, making strategic outbound calls (traditional or dialer) and managing inbound inquiries. Your expertise in closing deals and maximizing recoveries will be highly valued, supported by a competitive hourly wage and motivating daily incentives (spiffs). You'll receive in-house paid training to align with our advanced strategies and may be utilized to help mentor Level 1 and Level 2 associates, guiding them towards success. This is a chance to truly leverage your skills and drive significant results.
Responsibilities
- Engage Clients: Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to discuss past-due accounts with professionalism and empathy.
- Negotiate Solutions: Work with clients to establish payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
- Document Accurately: Meticulously record all call activities and account updates in our system.
- Meet Goals: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Adhere to Standards: Follow all company policies and compliance guidelines strictly.
- Mentor: Level 1 and Level 2 associates.
Qualifications
- 2+ Yr. Proven Track Record in Collections, Call Center Customer Service, or Sales
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Comfort on the Phone
- Negotiation Skills (a Plus)
- Goal-Oriented
- Team Player & Independent Worker
- Comfortable Sitting for Long Periods
- Bilingual / Spanish (a Plus)
